  • Mixing Area. With a surface of 25 m2 of ISO 8 area to allow the operation of two V mixers, one of 300 liters and another of 100 liters of capacity.
  • Compression Area 1. It has a surface of 25 m2 to allow the operation of a tablet press machine with 24 stations fitted with deduster and metal detector.
  • Compression Area 2. It has a surface of 25 m2 to allow the operation of a tablet press machine with 24 stations fitted with deduster and metal detector.
  • Coating area. It has a surface of 30 m2 to allow the placement of a coating pan with two interchangeable interior pans.

  • Packaging area. It has a surface of 50 m2, fitted with a semi-automatic horizontal end load packaging machine.
  • Finished Product Exit Airlock.
  • Packaging Material Entrance Airlock.
  • Raw Materials Entrance Airlock.
  • Warehouse of Raw Materials to be processed.
  • Weighing and Sampling Area of Hormonal Active Ingredients. It has 25 m2 of ISO 8 area, fitted with scales and anti vibration table.
  • Weighing and Sampling Area of Excipients. It has 25 m2 of ISO 8 area fitted with scales and anti vibration table.
